The Chamber of Commerce in Pau, with the help of USAC student and intern Alex Stavropoulos (from Loyola University, Chicago) organized a free educational outing for any USAC students interested in horse racing and training.
Pau is one of the six 4-star horse complexes in the world!
The visit included presentations from the director of the complex, the main trainer, and a jockey.
We were very lucky to have beautiful weather and the Pyrenees mountains in the background.
We’re more than excited to offer internships as a choice for our students, and are always looking to build and cultivate relationships with local organizations in Pau, France!
