USAC Alicante wins Spanish Immersion accolade

After considering the feedback from thousands of students around the world, GoOverseas.com announced that the University Studies Abroad Consortium (USAC) Alicante program is Best for Spanish immersion. The popular travel website used by students researching the best programs to study abroad published their findings on its list of The 10 Best Study Abroad Programs in Spain. It is USAC’s second consecutive year in first place on the list.

Between the gorgeous University of Alicante campus; the options to live with a local host family or shared apartment; a wide range of Spanish language, literature, and culture classes; and the stunning beaches of the Mediterranean Sea a short walk away; the city of Alicante is an ideal place to discover everything about life in Spain.

USAC Alicante is a specialty program that is supported by USAC Resident Director Luis Fernández and his assistant Verónica Frías. The staff offers each students the help they need to navigate college life abroad, explore the area through optional field trips and tours, and get the most out of their time in Spain. Students quickly acclimate to Spanish culture and all its nuances upon arrival.

USAC is a nonprofit organization that focuses on creating culturally immersive and affordable study abroad programs for college students without compromising its high-quality teaching and learning standards. To stand out in a region with competitors in Barcelona and Seville based on reviews of the student experience alone really shows the value students get when attending the Alicante programs. The same high-quality experience can also be had at the other USAC program options in Spain, which include Bilbao, Madrid, and San Sebastián
