A Day In The Life Studying Abroad In Bengaluru, India
No two days abroad are alike, and the beauty of study abroad in India is access to an new adventure around every corner. Bengaluru, also known as the “Garden City,” is the hub of India’s technology and business outsourcing revolution, but it gets it’s nickname from it’s abundance of parks and gardens scattered throughout the city.
Students enjoy exploring Bengaluru, one of India’s most modern cities, and spending time in restaurants, malls, nightclubs, bargain shopping centers, and espresso shops or soaking in the sunshine at one of the city’s many parks.
Academics At Christ University
USAC students will study alongside 10,000 undergraduate and graduate students from every state in India, as well as a handful of international students from around the world. At Christ University, USAC students will have full access to all campus amenities like the library, student cafeteria, and computer labs.
During their summer, semester, or yearlong study abroad in Bengaluru, students can take courses in culture, society and global perspectives to dive deep into India’s culture and history.
In-person and virtual internships are also available in business, computer science and IT, human resources, and more.

To help facilitate some intentional travel, USAC offers field trips and optional tours to popular destinations and some must-see hidden gems around the country. USAC Bengaluru students can immerse in Indian culture and gain an deeper understanding of their host country’s history and traditions through possible trips to*:
